First setup completed

The 1st setup completed. Ikiwiki is running from my home in ~/ikiwiki and DSTDIR=/var/www/wiki and using git.

As I understand it, the git-repo is in ~/git. This will be the one which I'm pushing to from my laptop - but thats a todo.
